new joiner here from uk....
need to loes an embarrassing 200 lbs and could really do with some support and motivation, I really want to achieve my goals but have no will power what so ever, so just need the occasional push of encouragement to stick at it, i know it will take some time to achieve but i am going to give it 100 %. Last year i managed to loes 21 lbs, i joined a gym and was doing 2hour sessions, 5 times a week, i loved it, but unfortunately due to money struggles , i had to put the gym on hold for a while, and somehow over the past 6 months have managed to re gain the 21 lbs i lost lsat year.
looking forward to getting to know others in similar situations, and learning new tips and soaking up great advice.

Hi
I'm looking at about 120lbs myself and working hard! I found this site really useful, mainly because over the last 3 weeks its made me completely obsessive about documenting what i put into my gob lol.
I wish you well and am happy to message if you need help or encouragement or just someone to vent at!
