remove an item from what I ate
I tried to put 1% milk on my breakfast so I could remove the milk that specified. Now it looks like I had 2 cups of milk, one of each kind. Is there any way to remove the one I did not have?

There should be a blue wheel beside each food. Click on it and choose delete.

Remove Food
I'm also having trouble with this - I added the wrong salad for lunch and now I can't remove it. There's no blue wheel. Is there any other way to remove an incorrectly added food?

what can we do without food!
Usually, we eat when we boring or when we feel stress! So the way out of such situations is not to feel stress and not to be boring. How can we do it? I think we need to spend more time walking or visiting some events, like https://thecolorpurpleshow.com/ where you can enjoy everything and raise your motivation. I visited it twice and I want to go one more time.
