re:snacks
Any kind of nuts are usually good. They have a ton of protein and will help keep your energy up. Raw veggies and fruit. I love Tomato juice.

Re: Snacks
Sherbet is much lower fat than any ice cream. Many are even fat free.
Nuts are actually high in calories and fat but it is a good fat for your body that gets processed more easily and is less likely to go to body fat. I ate 3 oz today and it was 600 calories. So nuts are good, but watch how many you have. Also, watch out for sodium content on nuts. (Just be careful which ones you get)

Healthy snacks
If you eat well balanced diet you should´nt fell hungry :/ ....... but all fruits and vegetable are great snacks! Ca. 100g of fruits contain 60kcal, ca. 100g of vegetable contain 25kkal... dried fruits are bit higher in kcal or about double of regular fruit.
Almonds and nuts are also a great snack, little or like 15g can make you full... but they are a bit high in kcal but a great source of nutrition.
