Don't feel bad
There are only a handful of active members on here, that number of 100,000 members isn't accurate b/c many start out gung ho and can't stay with it.. Then there are folks on here like me who have been successful at initial weight loss, but still sticking with it trying for 2 years to break a plateau!

You have to figure out what you enjoy.
If you find something you enjoy doing, you will more likely stick with it. Change your routine so you don't get bored with it. When my kids where toddlers I would put them in a stroller and walk to the park. You can also use workout videos while your child is taking a nap. There's a lot out there to choose from. Good luck to you!

The Rules
No sugar No salt No Seconds No eating after 5pm
Eat on a smaller plate Relax and enjoy your meals
Take stress out of your life Walk with a partner
Most of Us live a lifesytle that is fast pace and on the run
And be honest if cookies ice cream sodas or any sugar feel good food is part of your diet you need to remove it. Clear the counters of fast finger food and start enjoying your meals. I reached my goal of 115 in 2011 and so I know how to do it. Chicken pop pies at lunch. Yum. Eat on smaller plates and in small bowls. Power walk (4 miles) takes about an hour with a friend or friends can be a fun and great therapy. Do it at least twice a week. Review your present diet and remove the comfort fast food because that is what is holding you back. Drink water with every meal.

I think any plan that is TOO stringent is bound to fail.
Just try to limit all of what you eat, don't deny yourself. it only leads to over indulgence. I think the all or nothing approach is way more difficult to stick with.
