tired of being fat!
when I was 17 I was 120lbs, when I got pregnant I gained 80lbs! 2 more pregnancies and 5 years after the last one and I'm 186 and climbing. I've been fat for 8 years now, hate to look in the mirror, hate trying to by clothes. I'm tracking my food and have made lots of changes there but I only get to work out 2-3 times a week. It frustrates me! I want to get out of the house and out of being fat!

I feel ya!
I haven't had kids or anything but I lost my job last year and have put on 20 lbs that I have never had and now can't seem to get rid of. It's not me, I'm not used to being this size and I think that's the most annoying part. Being used to a certain size was hard enough but now I refuse to buy bigger clothes because they literally just ruin my day.
I understand completely....
Since you don't seem to have a lot of time to work out, make those little changes while at home. Stay positive, those results come with A LOT of patience.
While holding one of the kids, do calf raises or lunges! If you have stairs and need to grab something, do them twice before you get what you need. I don't know how old the kids are, but take them with you! Go outdoors for a walk, race the kids. Things like that help lots, also, if you're watching tv or something, grab a 5 lb weight to curl during commercials, or drop on the floor and do push ups during down time. Little things like that will build the confidence.
Hope that kind of helped. And remember, you're not alone in the way you feel about yourself. I feel ya!
