tracking workouts....
New to the site. Love it so far, thanks.
A couple of questions:
1. When I originally set up my workout, I picked a 5 day workout week. Now I want to go back and select 6 days, and it does not seem to want to add that 6th day. Am I doing something wrong.
2. It seems to only want to build a single weeks worth of a work out at a time. Do I have to go back and rebuild it every single week?
3. Is there no way to delete an entire workout and start over?
4. Would be nice is the forum had a search option to use to search for a solution to an option before posting a new thread....

workouts
1. you need to create a new workout (with a new name) to add the day
2. new days for week 2 are created when you submit results in week 1
3. from your main my workout page or by switching to just tracking and then building a new workout or by creating a new workout from your existing by giving nit a new name
4. searching message boards is on our list. honestly it falls behind many other items we have but it's there
