treadmill vs site calorie counter
Hi just wondering what number i should be looking at the treadmill tells i have burned over 500 calories doing 5k bouncing between 4 &6 mph and different incline levels the site on here is telling me 300 or so ?
the treadmill is new is it out of whack or am i entering the wrong info in the workout tracker

hard to say...
we use a standard calculation that is pretty solid, but it's generic, not tied to what a particular treadmill might tell. i'd adjust the time value (we don't have a user-entry option just yet) to match more closely to what the treadmill is telling you

Exerciser Tracker
@ Fit Click---you do have a location where you can "make your own exercise".... couldn't he do it here and just up his exertion level to accommodate the calories burned on his treadmill meter/???

create own exercise
Donnasim is correct, you could create your own exercise -- it's right at the top of the workout tracker. There's information on that page to help you set cals burned values.
