water water water
I know that water is the best choice for me & my body it keeps you hydrated and has zero calories. I can drink it while working out with no problem...However the problem comes after working out trying to drink it all day gets to me mainly because it bores me. Does anyone have any tips to making water more appealing? or any other low or zero calorie drinks they would like to share? giving up soda is a hard thing for me and it is my weakness I want to get away from it all together I don't want to depend on diet even.

Love H2O
Don't mind drinking it all day---in facy I will have a large glass if I start feeling hungry and it will help until it's my real time to eat lunch, dinner etc.

I alternate my cups of water with home-brewed green tea... all the different green tea flavors keep it interesting.
