stop using a scale
I don't know how often you use the scale, but i don't recommend more than once a week. Use it first thing in the morning after a potty break. You can gain up to three pounds a day just by drinking more water. If the scale is a problem eliminate it frome the equation and keep working out. Take your measurements and write them down. Depending on your build you can gain weight with muscle, but still be smaller. Good luck.

lbs
Weight can be in flux,
water, salt, time of weigh in...
weigh at the same time in same type clothes
(I do undies & tee shirt only)
Don't get down by an off day
Aim for a weekly goal

wt gain
I agree with everyone above. I've gained 4lbs over night thats why you shouldn't weight yourself everyday. I know how discouraging it is when you have done everything right only to have gained wt.
Measure yourself by how your clothes are fitting you not what the scale says. Good luck.

Takes time to take it off as it does putting it on. Daily habits become a lifestyle change.
