What are people doing to make it work on the week ends?

Stay Focused and Plan, Plan Plan!
I continue to do my normal exercises, but usually end up with way more steps than I track. I always have other activities going on. I plan my meals ahead of time so that's not a issue for me.

Persistence
I started my diet and cardio workout back in Feb. My diet is not strict I eat almost anything but just keep it to under my BMR along with a steady stream of water intake. My cardio of choice is biking, I started with a $90 Walmart POS that lasted for just over 2 months and around 200 miles before I destroyed the bearings in the crank. So I upgraded to a used recumbent trike. Over the last 2 months I have been riding back and forth to work 3-4 times a week about 7.5 miles a day and a good 10+ mile ride on Saturday. Up to 3 weeks ago I lost 20 lbs so I started an upper body strength training plan that is 20 min M,W,F. over the last 3 week I have only lost 3 lbs. I think I have hit the muscle gain fat burn equilibrium. Hoping to start losing weight again soon. The lbs I lost have been mostly in the last end of last week. The good thing is that I am not relying totally on my weight to monitor my progress I also tape in once a week and have lost 3 inch in my waist and lost a total of 6 inches in various areas of my body.

Great insights there!
The scale is usually the way I keep track but it's not the best way.
