workout tracker
I've been having a lot of trouble entering my workouts. It won't let me put actual numbers and often it won't save to the dashboard. It's been very frustrating. Sometimes I'll be entering workout information and the program will close out due to a problem. It comes back up but the information is lost. saving information can be a problem too.
Please Help!

some of the actual vs. target issues might step from not entering workouts in sequence. if there are workouts still pending in the past (and your account has them) when you login you'll be directed to that past workout for a decision -- delete (skip) or enter results. or start over with a new routine. but leaving pending workouts in the past will lead to confusion.
regarding losing your entered info -- in the workout tracker we don't yet have auto-save functionality (as we do on the diet side -- but it is in the works) so you need to use "save and update". if you're having connection issues (or if we're having issues -- which did happen this past weekend) it's best to use the save functionality often as you make changes so you don't lose info (as you would when creating a word doc or other offlibe file)
