Yesterday I walked around the ballpark-
Today I'm on the bike for at least 45 minutes and crunches & pushups.

and some resistance at least every other day.

Supersets
Today was a 1 hour walk in early mourning and then antagonistic
supersets - Chest and Back, 10 sets total with 12- 15 reps per.
