Spray an ovenproof dish with cooking spray and preheat the oven to 320F.

Add the sour cream to the eggscape and then mix the chopped cooked bacon or pepperoni (cut up) into it.

Add the riced cauliflower. Transfer to the ovenproof dish and pour butter bud mixture over the top. Place in the airfryer.

Cook for 20 minutes, sprinkle with cheese and cook for about 10 more minutes at 280F until nicely browned on top and piping hot right through.
