Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Toss together all dry ingredients including chia seeds.

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, almond butter, coconut oil and cinnamon until melted.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until well combined.

Press into a 9" x 9" pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake fort 15 to 18 minutes until starring to town around the edges.

Let cool slightly. Then press the ingredients firmly down into the pan to bind the ingredients together.

Allow to cool completely. Use a serrated knife to cut into 18 bars/
