Add oil to nonstick fry pan on medium heat

mix all ingredients, make 1 patty or six snack size patties

fry in nonstick fry pan, medium heat, three minutes per side

I use my mini kitchen aid blender to chop and mix all ingredients except for the oil. form into patties wrap each one with saran wrap until ready to fry. I use chicken tenders to grind

eat plain or dip in sweet chili sauce
