Directions:  
Flatten the chicken so it cook quickly and equally. Season with salt and pepper. Spray a pan with olive oil cooking spray. Cook about 5 minutes on each side or until cook through. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from pan and let cool until you can shred it. Cook mushroom until they start to brown. Put shredded chicken and mushroom in a bowl. Add your favorite BBQ sauce and stir to cover the chicken. Toast bread, put the chicken mix on top of toast and top with a slice of Swiss cheese. Broil in oven until cheese is melted. Serve.
