Blueberry Crisps with Oatmeal Crust

2  cups		blueberries
2  tablespoons		sugar, or to taste
1  tablespoon		lemon juice
1  tablespoon		cornstarch
1  tablespoon		unbleached flour
1/2  cup		oatmeal
1/4  cup		brown sugar
2  tablespoons		whole wheat flour
1  tablespoon		maple syrup
1  tablespoon		melted butter

Coat four 4-ounce ramekins with nonfat cooking spray and preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.

To make the crispy topping: Combine the rest of the ingredients into a separate bowl. Spoon 1/2 cup of the blueberry mixture into each of the four coated ramekins and top with 2 tablespoons of the topping mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
