preheat oven to

use 1 tbsp butter and coat 9 inch bakng pan.

cut rolls in half, then cube, add to baking pan. after half the bread has been added, sprinkle on the raisins and nuts. top with remaining bread cubes.

combine beaten eggs, half and half, vanilla and cinnamon. mix well, pour over bread in pan, making sure all bread is coated with egg cream mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until a fork pressed down pudding slightly will bounce back easily.

let cool slightly and sereve.
