Mix ground buffalo with olive oil and spices

Add crumbled wheat bread (crumbs) and spices. Mix well

Add defrosted spinach and mix well

Add more bread crumbs until desired consistency is reached

Mix in tomato paste

Mold into loaf and place in meatloaf pan

Wrap loaf with bacon

Bake in oven at 375 for one hour
