Directions:  
Add head of cauliflower (leaves down) in steamer basket to the instant pot.
Add 2 cups of water.
Set Steam Button pressure on high for 5 minutes.
Quick Release when time is up.
Immediately remove the steam basket with the cauliflower to keep from continuing to cook.
Allow to cook.

Makes 5 1/2 cup servings if going to mash.
