Directions:  
Stir together the rolled oats, flax seed, sweetener (if using a dry sweetener), cocoa powder, salt and brewer’s yeast until well combined.

In a jug, whisk the egg whites and beat in the oil and vanilla. Pour into the dry ingredients, stir to thoroughly combine, then cover and place into the fridge for several hours.

Preheat oven to 180C. Line baking trays with parchment paper. Drop the batter by the tablespoon onto the baking tray, then flatten with your hand or a fork until the cookies are ½ an inch thick.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until firm.
