Ingredients:  Makes 2 servings (2 each)
8  ounces
3  tablespoons
1  tablespoon
1  teaspoon
2  tablespoons
1  teaspoon
2  tablespoons
2  tablespoons
1/4  cup

Combine flour with some salt & pepper. Coat the fish in the seasoned flour, shaking off the excess. Heat the butter to foaming over medium high heat in a heavy based pan.
Cook the fish to your liking and remove to serving plates.
Add the remaining juice, zest, broth, capers, garlic and parsley. Heat for a few minutes, scraping bottom of the pan and serve over the fish.
