Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving

1/2  tablespoon
 
1/2  tablespoon
 
1/2  tablespoon

Directions:

Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder (save a pinch of each for egg)

Add oil in frying pan over high heat

Cook chicken in oil over high heat, cover midway and lower heat (makes chicken juicy)

Remove chicken when cooked and set aside

Boil egg until hard

Rip lettuce leaves and arrange in bowl

Slice egg carefully and sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic on top of egg

Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and top with crustini
