In 1 Gal pitcher, mix all ingredients (Do not use opened ingredients as that could introduce bad bacteria and could make you sick)

Add 3/4 cup water to bottom of Instant Pot (IP)

Fill Ball Half Pint Mason Jars to 3/4 and place in Instant Pot

Cover IP (if IP seal smells, you can remove the seal or use a pie/dinner plate instead)

Select Normal Yogurt on IP

Select incubation time for 8 hours

The IP will beep and begin counting UP. When finished, the IP will beep and display will show YOGT.

Apply Ball Plastic Storage Caps and refrigerate for 4-6 hrs
