Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
melt butter in pan
dice bacon and cook until crispy
add spinach and cook until wilted - take off heat and drain
whisk eggs and cream together and pour into greased 9 x 9 pan
when cooled - add spinach and bacon mixture
top with shredded cheddar and bake in center of oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown and the center is set.
