Directions:  
Butter 5 slices of bread and cube it.
Cut bacon into bite size pieces, fry until crisp
Spread buttered bread cubes & bacon in 9x13 pan
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top
Then sprinkle spices.
Combine eggs & milk, pour over layered ingredients.
Cover & refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
