1/4  teaspoon

Directions:  
Mix goat cheese with olive oil. Divide into 9 balls. Set aside.
Make gluten free bread into breadcrumbs. Mix with tapioca flour and pepper.
Flatten balls into fat discs, coat in egg then breadcrumbs.
Chill for 15-20 minutes.
Fry in very hot oil, 1-2 minutes a side.
