Directions:  
Cook rice according to package directions. While rice is cooking, drizzle pan with 1 TBL sesame oil & saute carrots and peas until tender. Crack 2 eggs and scramble quickly in pan with peas and carrots. Add cooked rice and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil to taste. Serve.
