Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Lighltly grease 9 x 13 pan

Beat eggs and add cocoa, salt baking powder, and vanilla.

Melt butter over low heat and add sugar to combine. Heat to 110 - 120 deg F

add flour and chips stirring until smoth

Add to pan and smooth out

Bake for 30 to 40 minute until toothpick comes out clean.
