Directions:  
Season fish, set aside
wash and trim asparagus, then blanch in boiling water 2 minutes
soak in ice water to stop cooking and let drain
heat OO in large cast iron skillet over medium-low
gently cook fish on both sides until browned
remove from skillet
In same skillet on medium heat add minced garlic then deglaze with wine
bring to a simmer
add butter, lemon juice, hot sauce and parsley. Stir.
add drained blanched asparagus and toss for 2 minutes, add fish and reheat for another minute.
Garnish with more parsley, crushed pepper flakes and serve.
