Directions:  
Cooked and crumbled sausage in pot. When sausage is browned, add onions and carrots. Cook. stirring, for a few minutes. Add broth and juice. Bring to a boil. Add gnocchi, spinach and seasonings. Simmer until spinach is wilted and gnocchi cooked.
