Granola Cookies

1  cup		crushed almonds
1  cup		Walnuts - Chopped
1  cup		Pecans - Chopped
1  cup		Coconut - Dried, Unsweetened
1/2  cup		sunflower seeds
2  tablespoons		Chia Seeds
2  tablespoons		Spectrum Ground Flax Seeds
2  tablespoons		Living Harvest Hemp Seeds
1  teaspoon		Vanilla Extract
1/4  teaspoon		Spice Barn Almond Extract
1/2  cup		Pure Sweet Honey Clover Honey
1  tablespoon		Ground Cinnamon
1/4  cup		Butter - Salted

1 pre-heat oven to 300º
2. Pour honey, butter, vanilla and almond extract in sauce pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Pour all dry mix in a bowl and mix together.
4. Pour honey mix over the dry mix and mix thoroughly.
5. Get a tray and lay parchment paper on it
6. Using a large spoon scoop mixture and place on parchment paper.
7. should be 3 inches in diameter and 2 inches apart.
8 place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
9. after 30 minutes take out granola cookies and cool
10 enjoy
