Description: A no flour Granola Cookie
Ingredients:  Makes 20 servings (20 each)

1/4  teaspoon
 
1/2  cup
 
1  tablespoon

Directions:  
1 pre-heat oven to 300º
2. Pour honey, butter, vanilla and almond extract in sauce pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Pour all dry mix in a bowl and mix together.
4. Pour honey mix over the dry mix and mix thoroughly.
5. Get a tray and lay parchment paper on it
6. Using a large spoon scoop mixture and place on parchment paper.
7. should be 3 inches in diameter and 2 inches apart.
8 place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
9. after 30 minutes take out granola cookies and cool
10 enjoy

This is a no grain Paleo Granola cookie. All good fats, rich in omega 3 and 6. If you have a nut allergy just use seeds such as pumpkin, sunflower, sesame.
