Heat a heavy griddle or skillet over medium heat.

Place 1 tortilla in skillet and heat about 30 seconds or until softened. Remove from skillet.

Place 1 slice of cheese in middle of tortilla. Spread jam over cheese. Place another slice of cheese over jam.

Fold bottom of tortilla over cheese. Fold in sides and roll tortilla.

Place tortilla rolls, seam side down, on a griddle and cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cheese is melted.
