Directions:  
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Thaw broccoli in microwave until it separates easily.
In a 9x13 casserole pan, add stock, milk and contents of mix packets. Stir thoroughly until contents of packets are dissolved. Add potatoes, cheese and broccoli.
In a large skillet, melt margarine and cook onions and garlic until onions are semi-transparent. Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink.
Add cooked, ground turkey to potato mixture in casserole pan and stir to combine.
Place in oven and cook for 40-50 minutes or until top is brown and bubbly.
