Season ground beef with salt and pepper, and brown

Drain meat, and add to large crock pot.

Add kidney beans and canned tomatoes
4.) Dice peppers, add green pepper, red peppers, and half yellow peppers into pot.
5.) Bring pot to boil

Add McCormick seasonings as directed

Simmer on low for 60 minutes

Top with remaining yellow peppers and Sour Cream
