Directions:  
1st. chop onion and mince the garlic

2nd. in a large pot fill 3/4 full of water and a pinch of salt bring to a boil and add pasta

3rd. in a large skillet with deep sides add butter, onions and garlic saute till onion is soft and translucent

4th. add hamburger to skillet with onion and garlic cook on medium high heat till hamburger is done then strain off all the fat

5th. when pasta is fully cooked strain off all the water and place back in pot

6th. add hamburger, all the tomato soup and the Velveeta cheese in 1 inch cubes and salt and pepper

7th. cover and heat on medium low heat for 20 min. or till all cheese is completely melted

8th. let rest for 10 min. before serving
