Joy's Oatmeal Jar - Coconut, Flax Seed, Honey,
Pineapple, Cherries

1/2  cup		Bob's Rolled Oats
3/4  cup		Almond Milk
3  tablespoons		Greek Yogurt
1  tablespoon		Coconut, non sweetened
1/4  cup		pineapple chunks, frozen
1/4  cup		sweet black cherries, frozen
1  teaspoon		Flax Seeds
3  teaspoons		cinnamon

Put oats in mason jar first, fill jar to right over the oats, then add the rest of the ingredients. Put the lid on it and stick in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for the oats to soften. I leave it overnight.
