Directions:  
-Heat oven to 400F. Mix vegetables, turkey, and veloute in ungreased 2-quart casserole.
-Stir remaining ingredients in small bowl with a fork until blended. Pour onto top of mixture in casserole.
-Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.

* Choose fresh broccoli, cauliflower, snipped green beans, bell peppers diced, or you can use thawed frozen vegetable mix, but avoid carrots and onions to yield the lowest carb count.
** To make Carbquik Veloute, make a roux of 2 ounces melted butter and an equal amount of Carbquik, cook over medium heat 5 minutes stirring frequently. Add 1 can 10 ounces of chicken broth and simmer till thick.
