Directions:  
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread or brush with butter so the crackers do not stick.
Roll dough into 24 small balls and place on buttered parchment. Cover with wax paper. Flatten each ball with a baking soda can or such. Prick each cracker with fork. Bake until golden, about 10-15 minutes depending on your oven.
Recipe makes 24 ritz-type crackers. 4.2 net carbs per serving (3 crackers)
