Boil macaroni until just done, according to package directions. Drain, and pour cold water on it to keep it from sticking together.

Meanwhile, whisk together milk, cornstarch, salt and Worcestershire sauce in large, non-burning pot. Cook over high heat, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, grate cheese.

When milk is near a boil, stir constantly. Cook until it comes to a boil and thickens.

Remove from heat, add cheese, and whisk until cheese is melted.

Add cooked macaroni, and stir to mix. It will be very saucy.

Pour into greased 9x13” pan. Top with Italian bread crumbs.

Could try adding some small steamed broccoli florets or raw baby spinach or kale.
