Directions:

Defrost shrimp if frozen, and remove excess water. Reserve

Cut avocado in half lengthwise, reserve one half for later use.

Score flesh with table knife, being careful not to cut skin. Use a spoon to scoop out flesh and put in a medium bowl. Reserve skin for serving.

Add shrimp, mayonnaise, hot sauce, lime juice and salt & pepper to taste and toss gently.

Scoop contents into reserved skin and serve.
