Dice chicken into small bite size pieces. Cook in small skillet with a small amount of virgin olive oil. Cook pieces on medium to high heat for about 5-10 minutes.

In a large pot set over high heat, combine the oil, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, oregano, and pepper. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add the beans, tomatoes (with juice), and broth. Bring almost to a boil. reduce the heat to low. Cover partially and simmer for 1 hour.

Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Add the pasta, chicken and spinach to the pot and stir. Heat on high for 10 minutes.
