Remove stems and seeds from peppers and chop

Add 2 tsp olive oil to large pan

Stir in minced garlic and chopped onion - saute until soft (about 5 min.)

Blend cherry tomatoes and chopped peppers in blender until smooth

Add sautéed garlic/onion mixture, 2 cups chicken stock and tomato paste to blender and blend until smooth

Return blended mixture to pan

Stir in balance of chicken stock, thyme, paprika, hot sauce, black pepper, salt and sugar

Cook to blend flavors about 45 minutes
