Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a small ceramic quiche or glass pie dish with vegetable spray. Place broccoli and onion in prepared dish cover with plastic wrap, venting to let steam escape. Microwave on high for two minutes; drain, sprinkle cheddar cheese over broccoli. Combine whole egg, egg white, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl; add half-and-half and skim milk, beat again. Pour egg mixture over cheese; sprinkle with feta cheese and bacon bits.
Bake, uncovered, in 350-degree oven for 40-45 minutes or until set. To test, insert a table knife into the quiche if it comes out clean, it is done.
