Directions:

Heat oil in large fry pan, brown beef patties on both sides, set aside and cover with foil.

Add onions and mushrooms to pan and saute until translucent and start to carmalize. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

add the cooking wine to deglaze pan and pick up flavors, cook until almost completely dry.

Add the butter, after it melts add the flour and salt and pepper. Cook and stir until flour picks up all the oils.

Add 1/3 the broth, stir until thick and smooth, add 2nd third of broth and repeat, ending with the final third of broth. Cook on medium heat until gravy reduces to desired thickness. Add back the beef patties and cook until reheated through.
Serve over rice.
