Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium skillet, sauté Pears, 3 tablespoons Warm Water, 1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon and Coconut Oil until the Pears are the consistency of chunky applesauce. Set aside to cool.

In medium sized mixing bowl, whisk Eggs, Coconut Milk, Coconut Flour, 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon and Baking Soda until well-combined. Add cooled Pears and Walnuts.

Spoon mixture into the parchment-lined cups of a muffin tin.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
