Combine cake mix, pudding, yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla.

Gradually beat in soda. It will splash a lot.

Spray 9 x 13 pan with non stick cooking spray.

Pour batter into pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool completely

Frosting

Beat milk and pudding for 2 minutes or until it thickens, let set a minute, it will thicken up a little more.

Fold in whipped topping.
