peel outer leaves from brussel sprouts and halve
cut butternut squash in half, scrape out seeds, peel, and cut into bite sized chunks
chop a half large red onion somewhat large
toss veges with olive oil and spices
spread in a single layer in a baking sheet lined with parchment
bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes, until done
