Directions:  
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Clean and chop the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic. In a bowl combine the cauliflower, garlic, vegetable broth, olive oil puree, salt and pepper. Put on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for around 35-40 minutes or until browned turning once or twice. Serve hot.
