Peel, Cut potatoes

placed cut potatoes and raw salmon filets into pot of water and boil until potatoes are fork ready

drain potatoes/salmon

mash potato mixture

in separate bowl mix eggs, onion, pepper

add egg mixture to potato mixture and mix

heat oil in fry pan

pour bread crumbs in shallow pan

make hamburger size patties with potato/salmon/egg mixture and place in bread crumbs, carefully turn over to crumb both sides of patty and place in fry pan
10)cook on both sides until golden brown and crispy
